Panic! at the Disco son conocidos por sus extravagantes y salvajes videos musicales, siendo el nuevo video de “High Hopes” ninguna excepción a la regla.
Comienza con el vocalista Brendon Urie paseando por las calles del centro de Los Ángeles en un día soleado cuando el video toma un giro surrealista una vez que Urie empieza a subir caminando por la pared de un rascacielos mientras los espectadores lo miran con incredulidad y asombro.
La banda lo espera en el techo del edificio y ahí juntos en mientras el sol se pone y la ciudad se ilumina a su alrededor.
